Errors, Breakage, and Returning Merchandise

If you’ve made an error or want to return an unused item:

1.) To request a return of one or more items in an order, contact us via email at info@nashvilleboards.com or come into our retail location to request a refund. Please present your receipt. *

Also, please note the following: We must have the product returned to us within 30 business days of receipt of the goods.

If we made an error on an order:

We will correct any error made by us without expense to you.

Please call us within five business days of receipt of the goods to report any mistake or damaged goods. We will not accept any claims for damaged or missing merchandise after five business days of receipt of the goods. Please note that opening the box and checking the order is your responsibility within the above mentioned time frame.

We do not accept returns on any defective items after 60 days of the date of purchase. Please ensure your product is in working order prior to that time frame.
